Service was great. I didn’t have to wait. Alison was nice and very informative.
All work was completed in a timely manner. Vehicle was returned in a very clean state. Shuttle service made everything much easier.

Can’t believe we’re even being asked this. Our car was there for over a month when calling for updates we were told they didn’t know what was wrong with it. Our concerns were left unanswered. Our calls to Steve Applebaum went not returned. Dismal at best. We were charged$585 to install a 12 V lithium battery that cost less than $500.
Our car started having issues with the electronic screen and apps right after the last uodate. It took us until today to get an appointment. When we dropped our car off, there was nothing wrong with the appearance if the screen. About 3 hours after, we get a call telling us the axreen is cracked and we are responsible The screen was not cracked when we left it there! The only thing that ever touched the screen is our fingers. The carnival 1 1/2 yo with full coverage. The texh obviously damages the screen while working with it. Please be honest and cover this expenses and repair fully!

I checked in at the service desk, they took my car right away, and advised they would be checking every system to make sure everything was running smoothly, and then do the oil change and the car wash. I watched TV and drank my coffee and then the car was finished and I got a report that everything was fine. When I left the car was sparkling!
