My first visit to this dealership since moving from Ohio. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the shuttle service. Appreciated the amenities in the customer waiting area. Area was clean and comfortable. I’ll be back.

I went in with 3 problems, was told they saw nothing and so nothing was done. I said i could show videos, the service manager said that it didn’t matter and that nothing would be done. After picking up, there was a new problem with the screens that i did not originally come in with. The manager and service writer were rude, impatient, and uninformative.

Again I’m blown away with the service I received at Kia! Melissa is amazing. Alice is also amazing. I would also like to give Matt my tech a shout out!! I have been through a lot in the last few months with my kia and am just so thankful for the whole team!!
