I cannot thank Melissa enough. She was helpful in every way. Melissa went out of her way to answer all of our questions and we appreciated her kindness and patience. Wonderful customer service. We also appreciate the service team. They noticed that we had metal in our other tire and replaced it immediately. Good to know that Kia keeps up on inventory for emergencies. As my husband told Melissa, this kind of service makes us more likely to purchase a Kia.

The oil change indicator did not work in the car and Allison was unable to correct the problem. Also my key faugh did not work for over a week it was very difficult to unlock the car and it was not a big concern to Allison but a very difficult experience for me!
