I was greeted as soon as I drove in. Service needed was totally explained with expected cost. I opted to stay and was shocked how quickly everyone in the waiting room was either escorted back to their car that was finished, or service advisors kept them frequently posted. I was in/out in a little over an hour. Remarkable service.

I have always been pleased with the service until today. I brought my vehicle in for the second oil consumption check. On the first check it was down two quarts. Prior to that I was having to add oil every two weeks so it had a history of burning oil. However, today when I brought it in they told me that it was not down at all and did not need oil added. However when I checked the oil a week ago it was down a little bit and I did not add any in. So after I got my car back I pulled over in the parking lot and checked the oil and it was completely full. It seems as though oil was added to document that there is no oil lost this check. I went back in to State my observation and was told that it didn't make any sense and the oil doesn't magically refill . However I would counter by saying that an engine that is burning oil doesn't just all the sudden stop burning oil . I no longer Trust the service department and I'm considering taking it to another dealership to finish the oil consumption test.

Service time took longer than I expected. My appointment was for 7:30; I arrived at 7:11. First customer of the day but I didn't leave until 10:45. Other than that, the staff was friendly, courteous, professional and informative. Melissa kept me informed with what was being done as well as what my options were for future service plans; the other young lady was very kind and helpful, too. Nice atmosphere and overall a pleasant experience.

All the customer service ladies were great. The only comment I had was regarding the quote. The quote was misleading as it did not include labor.I was also a bit surprised that an oil sensor was not included under the warranty.

I was lucky enough to have the service dept manager herself assist me and she was great. Being completely honest I had lost a little trust in Kia service previously but today I was brought back to the Kia team.
