I was told that the repair would take 2 hours and it ended up being 5 hours of me sitting there! Other than that, everyone was pleasantly nice.
The ladies at the front desk and the one taking my car in for service were extremely polite and professional. They made the process extremely easy. They were also very helpful in answering all of my warranty related questions. I will definitely be coming back to Kia of Hilton head for continued preventative maintenance.
I believe the expense for diagnostics was very overpriced given I already knew what was wrong with the vehicle and there is nothing the service department can do about it right now.

The reason I drive 250 miles to get my car serviced is because Kia of Hilton Head is the best. Sadly, not all Kia service departments are created equal and, after several bad experiences in another part of the state, decided it it was well worth the drive.
