The service was good for what had to be done under warranty . When I went I had something sticking out of my car . When they put on lift they took it out . It was a big landscaping saw . I have pictures . I’m very upset that they did not show me the damage or w it was in it . They took it out with that pulled the rubber out . I know it was slit where it went in but I had to explain over and over for pictures or info . They should of let me see it . I don’t know how it got there and yes I know you did not do it. It was next to my spare tire on bottom and really don’t know if it hit that or damaged it . Did it do anything into the bottom of my car .they thought just taking two pictures as the guy goes under my car was good enough .i would of thought putting it on lift and take a picture not from the ground . Should of been able to see it explained . I want to send you pictures . The car was done and I saw it in parking lot notice the bottom
. They put it out there before washed . I had to go in and tell them my car was outside . That was about 45 minutes after she said I’m waiting on paperwork . That’s what made me go look . I like all your service desk girls but this time it really was not a great experience . I shouldn’t have to ask for info and really felt like everyone was annoyed . I just wanted answers . I have no idea of any damage under . I did take the blade to my HOA office to show them . Obviously it is a blade they use in development . They are investigating . I’m hoping my tire and under car is ok . I would like to send you the pictures that I have so you can see what was pulled out and what was the pictures I had to demand to get . Thank you and will be waiting for a opportunity to show you . Your waiting room is clean and yes I sat from 8:30 am till I left around 12 noon . Thank you and please know I like this Kia service and would buy from here but just feel this needs to be addressed a little more professional . Thank -you Karen G
Ridiculous to take 3 hours to do an oil change. Only got the car back then because I complained
