Outstanding staff and service!
I purchased a 2024 Kia Carnival and had a wonderful buying experience with John Bridge and Troy Budhram. Unfortunately I began experiencing an electronic issue starting December 12, 2025. Since mid-December, my vehicle has spent more time in the service department than it has in my possession — nearly three months — and the issue is still unresolved. Two separate repair attempts were made, but neither fixed the problem.
While the dealership did provide loaner vehicles during this time (I had about six throughout the process), at least two of them were too small for my family. Because of the size limitations, my son had to go without a booster seat while we were using those vehicles, which was extremely frustrating and concerning for our family.
What has been most disappointing, however, is the attitude of the service department. I mostly dealt with Ali but had the most unpleasant discussion with Alice Cliff, the service department manager. The staff have been consistently rude and dismissive, often making me feel as though I somehow caused the issue or that bringing the vehicle back repeatedly was an inconvenience to them. I certainly don’t enjoy making constant trips to the dealership or being without my vehicle for months.
I have escalated this issue multiple times and have spoken with several department managers (Erwin and Chris), Steve Applebaum, the GM, and even contacted corporate, but unfortunately no meaningful resolution has been provided.
At this point, I have lost confidence in this dealership’s ability to diagnose or repair the problem and am now taking my vehicle to another dealership in hopes of finding a technician who can finally resolve the issue.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a vehicle purchase. I sincerely hope someone in management or Kia corporate takes this review seriously and steps in to address the situation.

Great service, friendly staff.
Melissa and her team are wonderful. They have worked with me for the last two years trying to get me a new engine and keeping me safe in my car until KIA gave the ok. Service department run by a women has been 100% better than the one I used in Indiana run by men.
