Paid for my filters through a Nissan company. Then had to pay another $44 for installing at your facility. Totally ridiculous

None of the work that was supposed to be done was actually done on my vehicle. I was told I had a windshield replaced and it was not replaced. The lady helping me had zero knowledge on anything she told me I would never come back.Nor recommend Nissan suntrup again. Over 100 miles were also driven on my car. Still makes noises. Still idles way too hard. Still have a busted windshield.

Completely unsatisfied. Had a 4pm appointment. Took a little over 2 hours to get an oil change. Unacceptable. Then tech said brakes need replaced. Under 30k miles on this car. My husband just inspected them as soon as I got home. Over 90 percent left on all four corners. You will never get my business again
