Still tough to sign a quote for 430+ dollars but cashier charges 600+. Probably missing some critical data but it can be frustrating when you ask the cashier why there is a difference and they have no idea. Hemming and hawing about …diagnostics… or …taxes…

Yeah, so I dont appreciate being insulted by your staff. I brought my car in for a repair not for someone to tell me my car is in need of a cleaning. I emptied the trash out of my car before coming in, so I KNOW this wasnt in my car before going into your shop. Just got in my car for the first long drive and found someone in your shop had left me a card for a cleaning and detail service. Not sure which one of your employees has a side hustle, but you might want to get them to stop trying to get business through y'all: BTA Detailing ****-****-xxxx Thank god I have other options on shops outside of recall services.
