Dropped of at 2pm for oil change and tire rotation and didn’t get a text my vehicle was done until 6:20 and the service department closes at 6:00pm!

My appointment for an oil change was 3PM and I was there 5 minutes early. I didn't I get my vehicle back for 2+ hours. Thats a long time to wait when I had an appointment.

David was 10 for 10 in his job….Highest praise for his work….David was one of the most knowledgeable pleasant service advisors I have ever met…. The rest of my experience in the service department was a BIG FAIL!…. I reviewed this FAIL with the service department manager….The service manager listed carefully to my sad experience….I will never return to this dealership again….
