I received a survey from Nissan; however it specified Nissan Volkswagen. I do not own a Volkswagen and didn’t want the survey to go to the wrong person. If they send a survey back requesting info on my service experience on my Rogue I would be happy to complete the survey. Thanks David.

Well the service and time I received my vehicle back were satisfactory. No issues. The only issue was walking through the service doors when I dropped off my vehicle. One clerk was dealing with a customer and the other was on a call. I WAS NOT greeted in any way upon arrival. As I stood and waited for roughly 10min, the guy on the phone was off his call and the other guy was still with his customer. But another customer walked in and WAS IMMEDIATELY greeted by both clerks and told they would be right with him.Hmmmmm......Interesting is what I stated openly.
Dave has always been polite, knowledgeable, and professional. If I had to rate him I’d give him a 12/10
