Everyone I dealt with was very good, except for the cashier. Her body language, tone of voice and permanent frown were off putting. She didn’t exude warmth or friendliness. She definitely wanted to be somewhere else. It was nothing she said, but how she presented herself.
I scheduled an oil change on the website for 1130 when I got there to check in was when I learned it would be 3 to 4 hours to complete the oil change because I wanted to wait instead of dropping it off

Kayla was new so I’m sure there’s a learning curve, but he did her best. I used to see Ryan Thoele but I guess he’s gone now. The cashier was not very friendly though. Didn’t even tell me where I could find my vehicle so I had to walk back and ask Kayla where it was. Need improvement here— after all, this is when you are collecting money.

The girl at checkout wasnt remotely interested in quality customer service which has always been a pet peeve of mine for the 2 vehicles I've purchased there. My salesman was AWESOME & I'd buy from him again if it weren't for the service.dept. When yall got the car wash going again, my vehicle came out w 2 little chips on the druvers side window, when I questioned it, "Bob" wouldn't even come talk to me but sent the poor little guy out to tell me they dont address those sort of issues and it wouldn't have been possible the damage occurred there....haven't so e a car wash since. Tried to call and he wouldn't call me back
