The first drop off appointment, the wrong part was delivered. Had to pick up my car and reschedule another drop off appointment. The second one was better. Dave was very apologetic about the situation and very helpful.

Kayla was rude on the phone at the initial call. Very accusatory about the water in my car like it was my fault. She sent me the incorrect final estimate and would explain the additional cost. I tried to be very understanding on the phone but I felt this was unprofessional

Dave really went the extra mile assisting me with pricing for a repair on the interior. He was patient and answered all of my questions about my service request as well. Such a smooth process! They even washed my car which was a nice surprise.
