Customer service was excellent and everything was done in a timely manner.
Had the truck aligned during service and it caused more issues than it fixed.

Do you refill wiper fluid? The inspection report says it was checked, but it is completely empty and the oil change was only two weeks ago.

Had an 11:15am appointment just for an oil change and never even got my oil changed because it was almost 4pm and I couldn’t wait any longer. Ridiculous

Was not prepared for a $94 cabin filter change!!! Too expensive! I also asked for a car wash and did not get that. Christian was very good. He explained why the cabin filter is so important and I appreciated his honesty jusy wasn’t excited about the price! My experience was fine, paying $246 for an oil change and needed services on a vehicle with less then 25,000 miles away as sort of a shock!! I will continue to bring my business there but will better prepare for the prices!
