You gave me appointment 10/06/25 by 10:15am to finish the same day when I arrived you told me we will finish one day two days you can drop This is an acceptable I call off I drove one hour you gave me like this answer If you told me when I did appointment it ok

They did a great job, my family dropped my car off early for me and even though my appointment was at 3 they were working on my car by noon, they got everything done and sent a report pretty quick too. The only downside is whenever I would call their location no one would answer at that time in the service department. Granted they would get back to me in about 30-45 minutes or me calling

The prices was wrong in the app that I was sent and the service manager Ben was very very rude and he should have bent a little bit more customer service professional cause I did have anything to do with the app and he was just nasty and his face show poor customer service and just thanks for bill and the lady that work in cashiers and two more manager don’t want to deal with that nor him again
