I have a Maintence plan for my oil changes. An today I had to pay out of pocket and wasn’t giving a good explanation. Not happy with suntrup. A will no longer purchase any cars fo this company anymore.

I also wanted to get a squeaky noise checked and they weren’t able to look at that…I guess car needs to be dropped off and takes 24-36 hours. I did appreciate Ryan getting the oil change done quickly.
