If one has an appointment for routine oil change…I thought it would only take an hour or so. Did not rcv any word for over 5 hrs later.
Good thing I did not wait there for completion
When I take my car for service early in the morning, I expect service that day. It took not only two days, but until mid morning the third day. The last time my car had service, I did not get prompt service. I think the car has been repaired, but the cost of the repairs was super high.

Christian Moore is such an amazing, kind, appreciative and informative service advisor, if it wasn't for Mr. Moore I would have no idea on how to proceed with my vehicle and it's repairs, he advised me and walked me through the entire process with the utmost of patience to help get me back on the road in a very safe and timely manner. If anyone were to ever ask me where to get their car fixed or serviced, I would tell them to see Christian Moore at Suntrup Nissan. I bought my car from suntrup Nissan almost 10 years ago now and since then I have had nothing but good experiences in the service department with the exception of my appointment this week. I went in for a windshield replacement and the first problem was that the man who was getting me set up didn’t even know if they had the parts for it or if the windshield company was going to be there that day which confused me. I set this oppointment up 2 weeks prior. Secondly, why was it so hard to get a hold of someone in the service department? After several calls and a voicemail to figure out when my car would be done I had to resort to recruiting Todd in the sales department to help me. It seems like my car got forgotten about since you all had it for 10 hours and no one was calling me or texting me with updates. By the time it was done I had a baby to put to bed and no way to even go get the car. I was glad it was able to be delivered but I still had not heard from anyone in the service department and had to reach out to Todd again to ask about what to do with the new windshield since there was tape on it. I am super dissapointed in this appointment and hope that the service department can work on their communication in the future so this does not happen again. Thank you.
