Everyone was great to work with. Even your VE crew who made sure that Nissan was notified when I dropped my car off in their lot and let drop by accident. The communication was obviously effective internally but also with me. My car was repaired same day and that was very helpful since being without a car is very inconvenient. Christian was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Typically, I don’t enjoy the car service process because the service advisors always seem kind of grouchy. No offense. But Christian was very polite and greeted me promptly and answered all of my questions and was also very nice to me on the phone

When I first entered the service area I asked if I could make an appointment for service and the man closest to the door referred me to make an appointment online. David overheard his response and asked me to step down to his station and that he’d be more than happy to help me. He was very nice and patient. He explained everything to me and asked if I would be okay with leaving my vehicle until Monday as the shop is closed for the weekend. He followed up with me on Monday as he promised with an estimate. I was having issues with my phone that day but David continued to follow up with me to ensure I was okay with the price. There was an issue in the system that didn’t notify him of my approval but he was very apologetic. Due to this my car got to spend another night in the shop but David called me first thing the next morning and worked with me on if the coupon or my rewards were the best deal. He was very knowledgeable and kind and provided me with superior service despite me arrive to the shop at 4pm on a Friday. If it weren’t for David calling me down to his station I probably would have taken my vehicle somewhere else.
