The people I worked with were great! The problem was the time it took! I made an appointment and it still took an hour and a half for a simple oil change! I have just pulled in past years without an appointment and been gone in 20 minutes!

Ryan was fine and good. I’m just frustrated it cost me $200 and the car didn’t have any repair done because we couldn’t find anything wrong. $200 is a lot for diagnostic that finds nothing

I called 11/3 for appt for my Neson Rogue, I was given an apt with VW. 11/1. Neson did not have me scheduled. Also I asked to have the computer reset to show the speed. It was not reset. Every thing else was good. Thanks
