I originally was told that they would be able to do a transmission fluid change after getting my car towed to the dealership. I was then told that they would not be willing to do a transmission fluid change without a $400 diagnosis that I did not need. If I would have been told that they would not do a transmission fluid chain without a diagnosis I could’ve not wasted my time and money getting the car towed to and from the Nissan dealership.

Ryan was wonderful. The reason for my ‘no’ is that I’d rather wait and see if the new battery eliminated the problem or that we do indeed have a short or something g that is draining the battery at random. We will enable k if that happens.

Ben the manager called me and updated me on my situation, then called and said what they thought the problem was and they weren’t able to fix it so he said he wouldn’t charge me but gave a solution to how to fix the problem. Very pleased with the communication and length of time it took to look at my truck.

I don’t know why when I get my vehicle serviced the seat is readjusted and the radio is changed! Also the charge for shop supplies seems excessive for just an oil change and 2% for use of a credit card!

It sucked. I told the scheduler I wanted to wait, she scheduled me as dropping off. When I got there and was told I would be put behind anyone else who wanted to wait, I couldn't believe it. They would not correct the error. It's thanksgiving week. I don't have time to get bumped back indefinitely. No apologies from anyone. But yeah, y'all are in no hurry to get my review. You haven't done anything. I had to reschedule. I think I'll need to find another dealer
