Very polite! Even at 7 AM with many vehicles lined up at the door. He did a great job explaining the process and answered other questions I had about my extended warranty and any upcoming maintenance I had in the near future.
Every thing was fast and easy for me to work at the work station while my oil change was getting done! Thank you Bill and Dave for making it a smooth process!
Bill was a great service representative he did his part very well. I really appreciate him taking care of me. I was disappointed that they forget to air my tires so low air pressure light would go off.

Only complaint, I made an apt for new tires, went in and then was told they had to be ordered, so I had to come back the next day.
I made apt online, so maybe there should be a section on your website that states, if you need tires you need to call to confirm stock 1st.
