The drop off process was smooth and simple. Even like the feature of seeing what’s going on with you vehicle online. The only thing I was very confused about at the end. The cashier stated I had to pay $165 for a RECALL, even tho the only thing that was done was the recall and the testing of the recall, the fix of the recall and the testing after the recall to ensure the codes did not come back up. Granted I did not pay, I was given my paperwork and told to follow the gentleman for my keys, still trying to figure out what why that was said.
