I reviewed your report and i disagree with your inspection of my brake condition.I did a complete brake service 6 months ego because i found it much cheaper and i did it when your co worker Rayan said the same as you i think you just looked at the last estimate and wrote it like that I’II check the car for registration one of these days and see who’s telling truth

I was extremely disappointed when I was advised the part for my vehicle hadn’t been ordered; however, Bill redeemed himself by ordering the part today which arrived in time to have it installed for pick up before end of business hours today. All’s well that ends well. Thank you!

Service staff were timely and thorough
Tech did not put oil maintenance sticker in window, the mileage on my statement is incorrect, I was also informed that I forfeited my warranty with Nissan about the life time power train warranty because of a missed oil change. I’m very disappointed with the service given to me on 1/6/26
