It was a bit confusing this morning...I knew the service was scheduled with a loaner and so dud Ryan...new system needs some work, but Ryan got it taken care of.
Ryan addressed my concerns and made sure a driver was able to get me to the service area to pick up my car when it was finished.

I don't appreciate Shelby Beeson lying directly to my face and then having attitude like im in the wrong. My vehicle should have been done by 6:30 at the latest last night. People have jobs and responsibilities. Just because it's a drop off doesn't mean I don't need my car back ASAP. I have clients that need my support. I have responsibilities. If you knew that it would be awhile before it was done you should of told me. I thought for sure my vehicle would be ready for pick up for sure as it was like 6 service hours later or something like that. Absolutely wild. The following is what I messaged to one of the salesman that sold me my vehicle there. Hey man I literally try to avoid **** like this at all possible but when it screws with my personal life and my work somebody has to face some kind of consequences. As you can see im super pissed off. I dropped my car off last night at 4:30 for an oil change. I was not told any specific time that it would be ready I assumed it would be ready in an hour or 2 like most oil changes. There was also no cars in the service area when I dropped mine off. I took an Uber up there today around 10:30 so I could go see my first client of the day and somehow my car was not done yet and they said it was because it was a drop off??? A manager came out and spewed some **** about because it was a drop off they didn't think they needed to work on it right away. Then the girl Shelby who checked me in and took my keys said that she told me it would be done by noon the next day and that was a complete **** lie, she lied directly to my face and tried to make me feel like I was full of ****. Then with an attitude she said sometimes that's how it goes when it's backed up and busy. She didn't ask me if I needed it picked up at a certain time she didn't do anything but just take my keys. Man that's like at least 5 hours of service time that they are not working on my vehicle. It was just an oil change too!!!. Then when I get there they start working on it. I'm late to a client appointment and my boss is going to be pissed and probably put me on a discipline plan or worse. I've never experienced that kind of service before anywhere in my life. The fact that she had an attitude about it made me even more pissed off. They said I should of told them by what time I needed to pick it up and I call **** on that. It should have been done at 5:30 pm. I want to file some kind of complaint officially. That girl Shelby lied directly in my face and had an attitude. That's so unbelievably unprofessional. I want to talk to whoever I need to talk to. The manager of the service bay was spewing **** too me as well.

His service was great. The cost of services are outlandish compared to any local shop.
Shelby was great. All was good except in the waiting area there was two televisions playing and music over the intercom. All with the sound turned up. For me it was a lot of audio stress. The televisions were on different channels.
Christian is such a gem. He is very patient with the many phone calls, it was so convenient reaching him on his direct line. I never waiting long for a reply back. He lkept me posted a few times when my car was being serviced on difference occasions. I always have a great expletive with Suntrup Nissan, from the service desk to to the cashiers. Keep up the good work Christian, you are truly a ln example of good customer service. Thanks again for everything

Oil change price seemed high for a customer who has bought two vehicles (one new, the other only a year old) from Suntrup... seems like you might consider perks for those of us who are multiple vehicle purchasers. And the technician kind of kicked the can down the road in "evaluating" the problem with the slow fuel gauge response and failure to update 'distance to empty' because of it, on my Titan. The vehicle has had five thousand miles and a few months to get accustomed to my driving. That's not the issue. The issue is a glitchy fuel sending unit.
Everything was handled in a very professional and timely manner. Christian was very helpful!!
Ryan was up front about the delay in getting my car looked at. He kept me informed of the progress on the repair. He was very understanding and great to work with.
