Service staff were timely and thorough
Tech did not put oil maintenance sticker in window, the mileage on my statement is incorrect, I was also informed that I forfeited my warranty with Nissan about the life time power train warranty because of a missed oil change. I’m very disappointed with the service given to me on 1/6/26
Car is working great. I was really disappointed this time around with communication. I dropped off the car on friday and received a call asking to keep the vehicle til monday. By tuesday I called for an update and they said the part would come in wednesday and should be done same day. Never received an update the rest of the week. I had to call on the following Friday and really push to have my car back by noon. Maybe I was just spoiled to having Dave as my service tech and he communicates so well that this was a shock this time around. I know the holidays probably made it a little more hectic. Thanks for all you guys do.

am writing to formally express my frustration with the poor service I received regarding my vehicle repair.
On Friday, I was told by Bill that he would call me back after contacting the warranty company. I never received that call. Bill also stated that if the warranty company approved the repair, the work would be done on Saturday. I called Saturday morning and left a message, yet no one returned my call. As a result, I was without my vehicle all weekend, even though I could have picked it up Friday night. This left my family short a car unnecessarily.
It was not until today—after I called again and left another message—that someone finally returned my call.
Additionally, I need an explanation as to why I was charged $208 for work that was supposed to be covered under warranty. Bill specifically told me that I would receive a refund if the check engine light came back on. However, when I paid, I was told that this was not the case. This contradiction is unacceptable and misleading.
Due to the lack of communication, inconsistent information, and unexpected charges, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I do not recommend your company based on this experience.
