Brought the car in at 11 AM did not have any answers until the following day in the late afternoon on very simple repairs. Hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Cost was unclear and different to the final cost. When we came to pick up the car a piece of the inside was dangling from the mirror.

Kayla was amazing! She went above and beyond to make the experience great! I am currently breastfeeding and when she heard that I needed to pump she found an empty office so I was able to pump in peace. This meant so much to me and is honestly my first experience being accommodated like that! Your staff is always top notch but today their customer service meant a lot to me!
Ryan Thorpe did a wonderful job of taking care of my glass replacement for my Nissian Rogue... his communication was detail and clear both on text and phone. He took great care of me.
