I brought my car in for an oil change / tire rotation, they forgot my car (wanted a car wash but not while it was freezing weather so they wanted to wait till later in the day and forgot) and did not have it until the following day, which was fine but not ideal.

Bill was very polite and helpful but he tried to get our points of inspection to us and even went in the back to talk to the gentleman about it but he said that it might of been a internet issue the guy in the back couldn't get it to us .
I simpl dont agre that brake rotor ned t'be replace. I rais issu w/service rep. Mechanic repeat his splanation.Too thin to be rsurfaced. Sounds reasonbl but there wasn't a measure, an from vid, no vis evidce of groovs, no askn me was thir vibrashn? Shw me Nisdoc sayn replce necssry.

Christian did a great job for me. I came in late as a walk-in customer. And he made sure that I had a comfortable wait time. Even though the schedule was very tight that day he got me worked in. I was planning on going out of town and this would’ve been the last chance to get in before I left. Otherwise, I would’ve exceeded the mileage on the current oil in the crank case.
This is nothing against the nice representative that checked me in. I had a scheduled, wait, oil change & tire rotation appointment that took 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete. No updates were provided with the except of the last 15-25 minutes. When checking out, I overheard two employees stating only two techs were in. I’m not sure exactly if that equates to mechanics able to do the needed work, however if so, clear estimated time expectations would have been appreciated. I’m a busy professional just like your business is a busy place. I’m hoping next time either doesn’t take as long or at least expectations are given so that I can make a decision. That’s a long wait in the middle of the work day for an oil change and tire rotation appointment. My feedback is coming from a 9 year long customer, who has never provided negative or constructive feedback like this prior, meaning I don’t complain just to complain. Lastly, “if” 2 hr, 15-25 min long oil change & tire rotations are the new normal, or more normal than perhaps I realize, then busy professionals could used a private area to make calls and work on their iPad/laptop in one of the many numerous empty offices you have available.
