The recall process went well. The staff was friendly & helpful. Very clean facility.
While Christian was great, and this is NOTHING against his service - he’s a top professional through and through. I was frustrated that despite the fact I called ahead of time and confirmed with the person booking me that the part was in stock, I was very irritated to be called after dropping off my car and being informed later on that the part was in fact, not in stock. And because I do not have the ability to be inconvenienced to not have my car another day, I had to pick it up today and reschedule. Sincerely, please tell your schedulers not to make those kind of promises or set those kind of expectations.
Additionally, not having a service to drop people back off at their homes or take them to work, etc. when they have to leave their car there all day is also really not great customer service. Any time I’ve ever taken any of my cars to another service provider, that is a standard practice. You all did great work with my transmission fluid exchange job back a few months ago, so I will definitely be back but seriously if people want to sit around for a few hours and wait for their car to be serviced; let them. Otherwise, offer a rides. Spending $40 on uber back and forth to get my car to not even have the job done definitely did not make me think “awesome customer service.” Be better.

Main item of service was to flush radiator and replace anti-freeze fluid. Shortly after I left, a loud noise from radiator fan began (fan seems to be rubbing against housing). I had never heard this noise prior to service. I will call to set up an appointment for you to fix this that must have been caused during today’s service work.
I’m astonished that my lease doesn’t include free oil changes and license renewals. Won’t make that mistake again…
My service advisor was great. They did say they would wash my car but that didn’t happen.
Best service I’ve ever had there! I even went home and told my husband about how attentive and thorough Christian was. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help. The only downfall is that my car is will making the same noise so I’ll need to bring it back!

Very disappointed with the service center. When I test drove my car, it had a low tire and Beth assured me it was fine but if it continued to lose air, I could take it in and be replaced for free. When I brought it back to the service center the first time to address the issue, they said they couldn’t find any problems and that it wasn’t leaking air (most definitely was). Then I bring it in again and tell them how it is loosing air much faster now. I was the told they found 2 holes in my tire and that it would cost about $200 to replace. So now I’m expected to pay for a tire that should’ve been repaired before I even drove off the lot when I bought the car.
No phone call when done with car as promised now i cant get car till monday its been a week since you haf car.disappointed
The only issue I have is no one called me because I had some questions and I had sent a message. I had a friend of mine bring my car up for me so when I sent a message asking for someone to call me and no one did you guys did a tire rotation and I wanted to know which tires went where and I never received a call
Bill did a good job updating me on the progress of my service today. I’m curious as to what the purpose is of the Multi point inspection videos are? The one I received today was 17 seconds long but I couldn’t get it to play. The one before that was 4 seconds, I was able to play it, but it wasn’t very informative, of the many times I’ve been in for service, I can only recall one time when I got a complete update from one of your techs.
Brought the car in at 11 AM did not have any answers until the following day in the late afternoon on very simple repairs. Hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Cost was unclear and different to the final cost. When we came to pick up the car a piece of the inside was dangling from the mirror.
Kayla was awesome!! She was patient with all my questions and very understanding! Great experience!!!
