Chris, once again, was fantastic. There was a little bit of a hiccup with me receiving transportation from the dealership to my apartment (2.1 miles away). Chris had asked for someone to transport me, told me to wait 10 minutes, and find him again if no one came. I did that, returned after 10 minutes, and he called someone again. I waited another 15 minutes before I got eventually called an uber and I let Chris know. He was extremely apologetic and to make up for that hiccup reduced the price slightly and called to confirm my availability to be driven back. Chris is an excellent provider of customer service and his thoroughness and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction should be the model. I was pretty irritated to have that initial hiccup after someone having followed up with me last time ensuring shuttle service was available, to the point where I definitely considered not bringing my business back, but Chris’s care absolutely saved it. I hope this message is passed along to Chris so he can understand how his commitment to good service went a long way.

Keys were supposed to be left with sales dept for after hours pickup. The weren’t left and it was the weekend.
Made an appointment to drop off at 830 am, had to call myself at 330 for an update to find the car wasn't even started yet. I get you guys are busy or what have you but better communication about drop off would be in order.
Bill was great, but I didn't find out that it was a possibility I'd have to leave my car overnight until I was dropping it off. I was left scrambling to figure out transportation for an extra day because I didn't get all the information I needed.
They were understaffed. They were not prepared for the work. I left without any service because they were so confused.
Car was taken in for a recall to prevent break fluid leak. AFTER pickup from dealer, break fluid leaked profusely from car causing damage to components. Returned car to get fixed. This is ridiculous!!!
