Unacceptable, hassle I finally dropped the car off to get a call stating parts wasn't in,I caught a Uber back to home,then had to find a ride to pick it up,I made the appointment last Monday I waste time and money..

Shelby was great. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with no hubcaps for my car. Even getting my car not even a year ago was a headache as I had to go up there multiple times to check and see when my sales tax check would be in. When I did get my check it was wrong, I had to go up there more times and ended up leaving with multiple checks for sales tax and STILL had to come out of pocket at the DMV when everything was wrapped into my loan.

Dave did an excellent job as my service advisor. He communicated with me every step of the way and educated me so I was aware of the service needed to remedy the issues I had. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and was responsive to my phone calls. I wish all service advisors were like Dave!

Always great service at Suntrup Nissan. Can always receive great service from the service department. The staff in the showroom always very nice.

Christian was also amazing! I worked with him at the dealership! I had forgotten that I had an extended warranty until he called me and informed me that my front lower control arms and front end alignment would be covered under my warranty!

My service was fine. But listening to a salesmen cuss out a transporter/ valet. Idk what the guy was. But the fat guy in the second office with a blue polo and a the police gotee cussed a guy. Screaming about he’s a sales men an the other guy is to put a sticker on windows and drive cars. Hierarchical. Reprimand. Whatever. As a customer I don’t want to hear it. And it’s innapropriate period. And he in fact cussed him. Actual cuss words. Voices above soft tones. Turned multiple heads. The whole thing was innapropriate.
