Jeremy was very helpful, and the staff were accommodating to my loaner car needs. I selected “no” because of the course of the past nine months of me owning this vehicle, I have had to bring it back to the service department for the same issue four times. In my mind, I cannot honestly answer yes to completely satisfied.
