Due to complications and dissatisfaction with prior appointment, director Scott, arranged to have my vehicle picked up from my home and ensured the warranty recall was completed timely. My car was picked up at the exact time scheduled by Scott. My car was returned within a few hours. The gentleman who picked my car up was very friendly and professional.
