I was unaware that VW wouldn’t change my oil until 10k miles since the last. I picked up the car and no oil change was done. The biggest complaint is that no one called to tell me this prior to picking it up or when I scheduled it. I have to take the time to drop the car, find a ride, and then pick it up as well. Doing extra maintenance on my vehicle should be encouraged.
They have got to figure out how to do simple things like an oil change in a timely manner. I originally was scheduled as a waiting appointment, but was able to drop it off. There’s NO reason why my car took 8.5 hours from check in to get an oil change.
As always sevice was great , Ian Williams always takes really good care of me and im very satisfied with work done on my vehicle so thanks guys you rock i never think twice when there is a issue with my vehicle Suntrup it is
Ian was on top of every aspect of my repair need the second I pulled in the shop! He got a mechanic on the repair right away. This was a huge factor for me since the warning light came on while going to work! A job well done as usual !

Staff could be little bit nicer and advisor should call they customer to update on they vehicle not customer having to call dealership to ask about they vehicle status.

Suntrup stood behind their vehicle and fixed an issue I had on my newly purchased used car. Replaced my catalytic converter when the check engine light came on 48 hours after we took it home. It was a big job and I can't thank them enough for doing that. They didn't have to but they are a stand up dealership and I highly recommend them.
Ian has always taken good care of my VW’s for awhile now, he is very transparent about what is urgent and what can wait and also will explain the reason behind the advice. Ian, you are an amazing guy! THANK YOU!!
