Rick was awesome he told me everything that was going on asked questions of me and I told him my concern that the auto system that keeps you from rolling back wasn’t to my liking and wished I could shut it off (I have a manual). When my car was completed I was so happy that it was turned off a now it is like it should be for someone who has been driving g manuals for over 50 years! The experience was wonderful
