A nice feature woukd be an online queue so you could see where your vehicle is in line. I assumed my appointment of 2pm meant that's when my car would be serviced. I completely understand it's very fluid, but it would be helpful planning a day with a pickup time knowing where your vehicle stood.
Ian was incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. He also went above and beyond to help me get an estimate for work that wasn’t done in their shop. Awesome guy!

Thoughtfulness exhibited from start to finish considering previous issues with the vehicle that prompted at least three visits prior to this one for the “check engine” light being on. Best experience to date, and the technician was able to rectify the matter in less than a day.
