I typically do not enjoy the vibe at this suntrup dealer. Jeremy was the nicest of the bunch & seemed like he actually has customer service skills. Oh some of the young kids that took me to the rental place & brought my car out to me we're fine too.

To whom it may concern,
I have been coming to Suntrup VW since that property was the used VW/NISSAN parking lot before the current store. I bought a VW Turbo Diesel station wagon from that lot in 2013. When there was the buyback for VW, your Suntrup VW store did not have any stock of VW‘s at that time except for the two on the showroom floor – of which the front glass was brown papered over- next to the Nissan dealership waiting room. Nor did they have a staff of any kind except for two desks during the buyback.
When the store started up again, - and was rebuilt from ground zero - SCOTT helped me out a lot for the Turbo Diesel and when I had bought my Volkswagen Alltrack (From Auffenberg – who were not very nice) with the “Buy Back”, he helped me a lot for any repairs that I needed to have on it. At the same time Ian was also at that store location and always was my man to go to in Scott’s absence. The two of them are really personable, and I feel we know each other very well over the years.
Since Scott has taken over a different position as a Service Manager, Ian has been so helpful with me and all the repairs for my car. He has been the sole Service Representative who has helped me and is always, always on call for my questions and concerns. Ian communicates to me fast when there is information about my car repair to reduce my worries. He has helped me with everything for my car from oil changes; to changing of the manifold runners (December 2025); to helping me out with the current EPC light engine (Fuel Injectors, and Cam search for any other problems) that has been coming on on my car. Last week, Ian helped me with a rental car; and to have worked on the car for about a week. He has been so helpful with the – work and pricing - and he has always so respectful.
Moreover, Ian (and SCOTT) has always helped me out as a long term client of SUNTRUP VOLKSWAGON as described above, and that is why I will always come to your service department. If I were to rate Ian as a service representative on a scale from one to ten or in percentage, I would give him a 200%. SUNTRUP VOLKSWAGON and Ian, now know all the work that has been completed on my car, from the beginning: from the first mile to its’ first oil change. I have no intention of going anywhere else in case I need to sell my car. You know the history of my car, you are currently helping me with the history of my car (in finding a solution to the EPC light), and I feel that this is awesome . There are not words to describe my gratitude: having to have your car worked on is not fun for anybody.
Thank you so much thank you so much Ian. I really appreciate your help, not only now but in the future, which has been 100% the case.
