Jeremy is friendly and accommodating. There was confusion pertaining to my scheduled appointment time. He assured me they would get the job done, and they did. He also made sure I received shuttle service. I am a long time Volkswagen customer and I am new to the Saint Louis area. Todays visit made me feel confident that I can trust Suntrup with future service.
Rick was courteous and professional in every communication, and was helpful in dealing with the warranty company for the needed repairs.
It was my first time coming to this Volkswagen dealership with a little bit of hiccup and they had to keep my car longer than I expected, but talking to Ben and Rick they done such a great job on keeping me updated on the vehicle how long it would take. Both of them were very honest and apologetic because of it took a little longer than they expected. I would always make sure if I need any help to come back to this location. The car is running really great and then they didn’t even try to overcharge me for extra work. So excited about the outcome.
The lady at the “checkout “ was unprofessional, unpleasant. I will not go into details but you should definitely have someone professional and friendly in that spot. Rest of the crew AMAZING!

I was very happy with the actual Suntrup VW service. I was less than thrilled with the actual VW manufacturer making your team jump through so many hoops. If your team wasn’t as great as they were, it easily would’ve been enough for me to walk away, trade in the car and go to a completely different dealership. Rick Thayer (and team) is the reason I will speak highly of Suntrup. While I was frustrated to be without my car for 5-6 weeks, I did not have one single day where I didn’t know what was going on with it. He kept me informed, followed up every single time he said he would, even if there was no update, and advocated for me and getting my car fully repaired. Thank you so much to Rick and his team!

Was told when bought vehicle we would get free oil changes for 3 years we've had the car almost 2 years and when I went in there today they said it expired this is terrible marketing and a straight up lie to get a sell. I live over a hour away and it's hard for me to take off work to go up and spend $150 on a oil change when I told they would be free for 3 years the guys that did the service were good but don't lie to people

Excellent service and great advice
We bought our car Friday, March 6. We were told it would be ready and serviced mid the next week. On Wednesday of the next week, Zach, our salesman called and said the car was ready, inspected, serviced, the key had arrived, but was not programmed. He hoped it would be programmed by the end of the day. The next morning it was not ready. We picked up the car and were given an appointment for service to get the key the following Wednesday at 1pm. My wife took the car then. After hours of waiting with no communication, she left. Today we picked the car up. STILL the key not programmed. We have an appointment for March 30 to take the car back for the key to be programmed. Would you be happy with this lack of service?

Thank you. I'm impressed with your customer service. Codes were check, oil change is done, windshield replace and recalls taken care of very fast and cheaper than what a windshield company quoted me for just the windshield and install.
Tired of paying for just testing. Such a disservice to come to this place and keep forking money out for absolutely nothing. I will never purchase another VW again or from a Suntrup dealership.
Rick was great! He provided great customer service and helped us along the way throughout the process. He made sure we were taken care of and was very thorough. I really appreciate the service department and their efforts to diagnose and repair the car. We were very pleased!
