Jeremy was very easy to work with. He advised me of any concerns I had. My service wait time was not long at all. Jeremy also made sure to give my car a complimentary wash.

Due to complications and dissatisfaction with prior appointment, director Scott, arranged to have my vehicle picked up from my home and ensured the warranty recall was completed timely. My car was picked up at the exact time scheduled by Scott. My car was returned within a few hours. The gentleman who picked my car up was very friendly and professional. Thank you for resolving the issues with my prior appointment.

I was told my car needed to be there for an all day service. It was dropped off at 9 am. I asked if there was a way it could be done by afternoon since I lived 45 minutes away and have children to get to and from school. I received no notification of status update, tried calling multiple times after 3 pm without any answer and got notification through my VW app that my car was not worked on until 3:30 pm. I did not get a phone call until 5:35 PM when the service dept closed at 6pm. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.
I dropped off my car the night before for a 10:45 am appointment. I was told when I dropped it off that my vehicle probably wouldn't be worked on until thr afternoons. However, my car was never serviced because they were too busy with other vehicles. I did not hear from anyone all day so around 3:30 I texted asking if my car was finished. I should not of had to reach out. Someone should have contacted me to let me know it was not going to be worked on. If I had not reached out, I would not have known until I picked up my car. If the shop is that busy, then appointments should not be taken. I am completely dissatisfied with the experience and will not be returning to Suntrup VW. I wasted my time dropping & picking up my vehicle plus someone else's time just for my car to sit there all day. If they knew they were not going to even look at it, someone should have reached out to me rather than me having to contact the shop. The appointment calendar should not accept appointments if they can't service the scheduled appointments. We will no longer use this shop for any service on our two VW vehicles. Highly disappointed is an understatement.
Ian, the car fans still run and the check engine light is still on. I was told Friday afternoon come get your car. I assumed it was good to go. Then I got the thermostat thing. I drove it home and the temperature was right on click?

I love VE’s and your service team! They helped me with some questions I had about a warranty. Our family of 3 all own VW’s. I have my 2018 (Beetle) Bug, my son with his 2015 GTI and my husband with the 2019 Atlas. We have strangers ask us if we’re thinking of selling!! No way! A friend drive the Atlas and was ready to trade his SUV for the Atlas.

Jeremy was very nice and respectful and had my Tiguan done before 8am. I come from Poplar Bluff and get our oil chage up here. We have always had a great experience when we get our vehicle maintenanced.
