Everything was done quickly after dropping off the car. Was notified of issues and was repaired in a timely manner. Jeremy was very courteous.
I took my car to the dealership to get worked on since I figured they would have my parts in stock but they didn’t. Wasn’t even ready to pick up the next day after the parts had came in because they were “busy on another vehicle” You only have one guy working back there? Not interested in excuses. Unprofessional. Figure it out. This is what appointments are for. Had to spend half the week without my car for something relatively simple. I anticipated getting boned taking my car to a stealership but even I underestimated the lengths you would go to in order to gouge your customers. $300 to replace spark plugs that probably cost $50. Hour job tops. Oil pan, gasket, and AOS cost $1500. Maybe $500 in parts and a 2 hour job. And after all that you’d think 2+grand worth of work would at least get you your car back washed, I know they have the facilities for it but even that’s asking too much. And to top it off I noticed a grinding sound that wasn’t there before when I was backing out of the driveway the next day but now I’m scared to take it back in to fix whatever it was they did
Yes, I’m very satisfied with the customer service. I was given by Rick. I’ve been bringingmy car for several years now and it seems like every time I come in Rick is the guy in the a.m. and p.m. and his customer service is so excellent personality is great

Bought new key for vehicle. Waited 3 weeks for appt that worked for schedules. Dropped off Sunday evening. Checked in at 0700. Finished at 1400. Got home only to find out that the original key was deprogrammed and now we only have 1 key that works AGAIN. New appt is Jan 5. Was never told about the deprograming or the issues with the original key. Exceedingly dissatisfied with service, communications, and overall experience.
