Your service department was great explaining everything they would doing for me. I also told him a week before I had my car detailed and for some reason I could get them back on. He addressed and also got those lights working. Lee

How about Emily from Suntrup Volkswagen’s Service Department never ever texts me again about how my service went??? I’m at work, I don’t have time to answer her text. I took the survey and they should be enough. Jeremy did his job, maybe y’all could do yours and check his work instead of expecting the customer to do it for you?

The service rep. went out of his way to assist me. He even apologized that he couldn't get the car washed. I use a walker and he put it in the back seat that was much appreciated.
