I appreciated speaking over the phone to the provider about using the Dropbox the night before. He was kind & informative and the process was simple. My car was checked and serviced in a very timely manner. When I texted him back about the pickup, he responded immediately!

Ian was friendly, courteous and respectful. The waiting area is comfortable and coffee was available as well as vending machines. Cashier was friendly as well. The repair was performed at the high level I have come to expect from Suntrup.

It might be premature to say I’m “completely” satisfied as I’ve only had my car back for a day with little drive time. However, Ian was excellent. Very personable, informative & listens intently to his customers. I greatly appreciated him.
It was extremely convenient, having Rick text me the progress of the Volkswagen bug. This made me able to go to work and not be interrupted with a phone call. And forgetting everything the person said. It’s a nice feature to be able to text when you have a heavy workload as I do. Everyone was so professional and kind. I am grateful

Jeremy was very helpful, and the staff were accommodating to my loaner car needs. I selected “no” because of the course of the past nine months of me owning this vehicle, I have had to bring it back to the service department for the same issue four times. In my mind, I cannot honestly answer yes to completely satisfied.
Rick was prompt and addressed my car issues in a timely manner and kept me updated with progress.
