I am dissatisfied and deeply disappointed. I went in for an oil change while my car's engine was in excellent condition running smoothly and completely free of vibration. However, when they finished, the car was vibrating heavily, and every warning light on dashboard had lit up.We complained and refused to accept the situation, but the manager adamantly insisted that everything was fine. He told us that if we wanted the engine checked, we would have to pay for the diagnostic service. We refused to accept this, as our car had arrived in perfect working order. Long story short, they eventually re-examined the vehicle, and sure enough the car restored to proper state, with the vibration completely gone. The manager simply blamed the issue on some leaves that had supposedly clogged the engine. I don't understand how that could happened, but we felt uneasy and concerned about the lack of professionalism. We are now afraid to ever return there.Just imagine the potential consequences if we hadn't understood enough about car engines to spot the problem. It could have easily led to an accident. I'm very disappointed!!

I resented my service visit being used as a method of priming the sales department to use pressure tactics to try to convince me to sell my car. It was totally shady and a violation of the trust I place in the service team to act with integrity and put my interests first. Communication was also bad with the service team and the service time far exceeded the estimate given.
