Mr Gallegos was very professional he answered questions and explained with service knowledge.I DO feel Toyota of Alhambra charges way too much for a brake and transmission fluid change on a car that is working well and has met ALL 5000 mile Service check up appointments since 2019.

They didnt keep there word on giving me a discount they were gonna give me and charge me full price wasn't happy at all with the services lied to the customers and wrong prices over the phone

Extremely disappointed with the service department. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2005, but the quality has clearly gone downhill under new ownership.
My service advisor never returned my calls about multiple issues with my 2019 Toyota Highlander, yet sent me a bill for over $2,900 with no explanation or prior approval. That’s completely unacceptable.
There’s a serious lack of communication, transparency, and attention to detail. It feels rushed, and I no longer trust that vehicles are being properly inspected or that customers are being informed about necessary repairs.
This is not the level of service long-time customers should expect.

He would not give me a $44 discount on an oil change which was on my cellphone. I said that I deserved it because an oil change is part of the maintenance service on my Prius. We argued good naturedly. He’s a good guy.
