I have visited Wondries Toyota 4x in the last 6 weeks for the same reason and it has not been resolved. In fact, I have to go back for a 5th visit.

I had bought an extra protection for wheel and tires and I recently scratched my mag wheels. Nelson was able to get me an appointment the week after to fix it. Also thank you to John Rodis for recommending me to buy the warranty and for helping me too. And also for Kanika who stepped in for Nelson when he was off.

I Understand service can take more time than anticipated. Updates or realistic explanation of expected time would be helpful. Was told “30 more minutes” multiple times when actual pickup ended up being 2 hours after those updates, which I had to reach out to even get.
I'm not completely satisfied with the service. Reason being is that i had to go out & buy my on tire when I should've been given the opportunity to use my tire warranty. When I made my first service appointment but was turned away by the service technician.
