AC air filter and engine air filter change labor cost is too much. It took 1 minutes. It is not like oil change or tyre rotation. 42$ for each is just too much.

When I agreed to purchase the vehicle, I was told it came with two key fobs. After traveling more than 300 miles to pick it up, I was informed that it only included one. At that point, I asked if the price could be adjusted to reflect the missing key, but that request was declined. I have now looked into purchasing a replacement key fob and learned that the total cost is over $500, including programming. This is a significant and unexpected expense. Additionally, the original listing did not disclose that the vehicle only had one key. I am very disappointed with how this was handled, especially after traveling such a long distance based on the information provided. I would appreciate if you could revisit this matter and let me know what can be done to resolve it fairly.

Jason was amazing! I told him I had to be at work at a certain time but that I was comfortable Ubering if need be, and he made some calls immediately to get my car off the bay so I didn't have to Uber. He probably deserves a raise
