He is very polite and helped to explain the maintenance results and the repair recommendations. Next time, it would be better to inform customers of the current deals or ask if they had any coupons to apply for the service.

What a scam. Emilio said they'll inspect everything better than the 160 CPO certification. It seems like I was charged 215 for the complimentary inspection. The technician even missed a tire issue that I had brought up to Emilio earlier.
