Ti have known todd for 5 years now. We talk like a barber and his customer. He understands I am a DUI oops DIY customer and can handle the light stuff. But is patient with my car enthusiast convos. His professionalism shows his knowledge and experience.
The oil change service too way longer than expected. Also the advisor did not bother to go through the multi-point inspection results with me as listed on my invoice. I will enlist another service dealership to assist me further on the recommendations listed on my own.
