NELSON DID NOT UPDATED ME REGARDING HOW MY SERVICE. I had to called him instead. He salido that MY car WAS going to take 1 day and it took 21/2 days.

Daniel Llamas was very helpful but seemed frustrated that the recall appointment was late in the day. The situation was very ambiguous to me as I was provided no estimated time of completion and there were no updates until the work was completed.

Wasn't really updated. Was told it would take about 2 hrs. It took closer to 3.5hrs. I felt i was completely ignored...
I came in shortly after 10 am. I didn't leave until 4 pm. I was initially having oil and filter change. After my multi-point inspection, it was decided I needed front brake pads,fluid and fuel injection. That was fine as I anticipated that the van may need other necessary maintenance. My problem was waiting at the dealership and could have been told asap so the technican could complete the entire task. Apparently, another vehicle was worked on soon after prior to approval of my additional services. It was a tiring day that could have been shorten.
He wasn’t rude by any means. Usually I get a certain understanding of wha it is that they did to my car this time around however I expressed that the vehicle wasn’t mainly driven by me but by my dad. After saying this my service advisor didn’t mention what was going to be done or after when I picked up my car he didn’t explain what actually had been done to the vehicle, when in previous appointments regardless of who took the vehicle I was always told what services were being made to the vehicle and the general condition of the car.
