I was disappointed I wasn’t able to use the service coupons on your website for discounts. Felt like it was misleading, if I knew it wasn’t going to work, I would have went elsewhere.

I did appreciate the service writer accepting my coupon for a discounted oil change and that he took the time to have an under dash part replaced. The service department seemed a bit hectic today. I'm sure he did his best. Thank you.
