We had an appointment set for 8:15 am and didn’t leave until 1:30pm it was a simple maintenance why did it take 5hours to do this if we had an appointment.
I have the appointment at 0915 and checked in. I was waited for almost five hours to get back my car. It is impossible to finish the simple routine maintainance for almost five hours. I am very angry for the services. I need to wait for five hours for the simple service. What’s the different between services with appointment and walk in without appointment. I am very dissatisfied with the services.
