Oscar was great and very kind and helped me with the upmost respect and professionalism. However, my issue with the entire visit was I had to pay for a repair that should have been taken care of last year. When I was at Toyota last year, I had asked about a Campaign regarding my coolant valve. The service person at that time told me they could not fix it unless there was an issue (and at that time there wasnt). But my engine maintenance light came on and that exact problem was the needed repair. So I have to spend over $800 for a fix that should have been taken care of during the campaign period. Generally I love Toyota, but this situation really makes me reconsider buying with Toyota the next time. It was an incredibly sneaky way to work around having to repair a known issue with my car.
Todd Tamaki is an excellent Service Advisor and is the reason we drive to Wondries in Alhambra from Pasadena to have our car serviced. We trust his advice.
