I can understand why this location has so many negative reviews. I brought my car in for an oil change for the first time and unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing.
From the start, the customer service felt lacking. Nelson (the service advisor) and the person at the Toyota merchandise counter, came across as unfriendly and disengaged. When I mentioned it was my first visit, Nelson seemed annoyed that I wasn’t already in the system and had to input my information. I also asked about shuttle or rideshare options and his response felt dismissive, he simply said they don’t offer that. At other Toyota dealerships I’ve visited, amenities like a complimentary car wash are standard but that wasn’t offered here either. Additionally, the oil change took about 2.5 hours which felt excessive for such a routine service.
My main concern is the overall attitude and level of customer service, which made the experience frustrating. The only positive note was the young employee who brought my car out. He was genuinely kind and courteous.
